After reading reviews online, we decided to try Templeton Barbecue yesterday for lunch. Since we had never been before, we decided to get an assortment of things. We got pulled pork, ribs and brisket. We would have gotten chicken, but they had already sold out. That was our fault for not getting there earlier. We had to work, so we didn't get there until almost 2pm. We also got a side of mayo slaw. All of the meats were really good, even the ribs, which I was honestly expecting to be dried out since it was so late in the day. I'm not a brisket person AT ALL. I normally don't order it, but my mom wanted an assortment. I was surprised at how good it was. Brisket is often dry and tough, but theirs was moist and tender. The pulled pork was probably my favorite. It had a really good flavor and was very moist with no fat in it. I didn't care for the BBQ sauce; it was very sweet. I've never tasted anything quite like it. But everyone has their own sauce, and I'm sure plenty of people love it. We will definitely be back for more BBQ, because it was some of the best in this area!

This place is just a small trailor, but they had great BBQ and the people were lined up for it. I had the loaded Nachos which was good and a lot of food. I also had the bread pudding, extra yummy and a good portion
