Beautiful units and common areas, with lounge, play room and bowling lane. Very convenient location within walking distance to Alewife station. Pet friendly and Cambridge Discovery Park is just next “door”, great for walks with the doggies.

They did an amazing job building this place. My home overlooks route 2 and it's completely silent with the windows closed. Fireplace in unit is a huge plus. The leasing staff is super helpful and kind, quick to respond to emails/phone calls. The gym is my favorite amenity, so many equipment options and very clean! Glad I moved here :D
Update: still no parking spot…..and no response when emailed Just moved in almost a week ago. The only con so far is parking. I applied a month ago and was #3 on the waitlist. As of today, still no parking available unfortunately. Otherwise the apartment is great with friendly & helpful staff! Maintenance requests was resolved the next day. Package system works great.
Many people may view their job as simply that, but having Brianna and Shawn here has made Tempō a home. There are a number of things I enjoy about living here such as the proximity to several beautiful biking and walking trails, the Alewife T station, the modern systems for entry and package receipt, but especially in these unsettling and unpredictable times there has been nothing more important to me about living there that then the service mindset of many of the staff.
So far I’ve had a pleasant experience here at tempo. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. The amenities are also great! Tempo is located right next to alewife plaza, so it’s easy to grab groceries and/or anything for the apartment on my way back home from work.
The move in has been seamless. Brianna has been such a great help throughout the whole process. We love the place. We are right on the highway but the noise is minimal great insulation and sound proofing on the walls and windows. The garage access is easy, elevator runs at warp speed, and the amenities like the gym look immaculate. We are really happy with this whole endeavor, and can say enough good things about the property.
Overall I enjoy my apartment, amenities, and the location - being close to groceries, parks, and Alewife station. However, there are several issues that require solutions by property management: First, if you have a car or would like to have guests over - forget about it. There seems to not even be enough space in the garages for residents with cars, let alone guests. The lack of guest parking is unacceptable, especially when considering the number of apartments between two buildings, and the fact that the building location is off the highway and therefore there is no accessible street parking. Due to the parking situation, I feel like I am never able to have guests over, which almost defeats the purpose of me moving to the apartment building with hopes of more space to spend time with friends/family. Secondly, it is clear that corners were cut during construction, as evident by a leaky toilet, leaky kitchen sink, leaky dishwasher, stained bathtub, a cracked wall, and a temperature control that was not working - all upon moving in. Finally, there needs to be organization when dealing with packages. Although the Luxor system has been helpful for small packages, larger packages remain disorganized and difficult to find since they are either in the mail room, in a closet, in the office, or at the front entryway.
Good facilities and great neighbors. Good office staff to help with any questions. The maintenance guys are very helpful as well. Happy to be living here
