It was my pleasure working with Terra Universal. Ordering the equipment I needed was smooth. Ethan advised me well and ensured that my purchase fit my need. Unfortunately, one of the packages in the shipment arrived damaged, but Edith Rodriguez responded promptly and professionally, and ensured my replacement was taken care of. I would not hesitate to do business with Terra again, thanks to their helpful staff.

Terra has not supported their products. We purchased over 50,000 of individual stainless fan filter units from them. Most if not all of them have FAILED independent HEPA testing. Leaks in the housing, leaks around the filter seal, etc. Bad engineering design with no mechanical way to ensure filter seal. Plain and simple, these do not meet the ISO or Grade classification their website claims. Then good luck getting them to do anything else except send you some silicone caulk and say good luck. Our production has been shut down because of these issues for months. We have called and emailed multiple times. Customer service doesn't seem to think this is urgent enough to answer the phone or call back within 24 hrs... As you can see in the picture below. Terra sent out multiple filters without doing particulate testing to verify integrity. The only testing they do is differential testing, not filter integrity testing. You can see in the picture below when we analyzed the filter media further, there were tears in the media. They did not offer to replace the almost 10 filters we found issues with.... We have been forced to trash the filters and start from scratch with another manufacturer. Bottom line is low quality and bad customer service is what we have experienced. They don't stand behind their products.

Great customer services! They do have speedy delivery of their quality products and as well as having a great variety of selections. Nathan Duong has been almost like my personal point of contact at Terra Universal Inc, or at least that's how I have felt like. From my personal experience, Nathan has been exceptional in his performance in handling my orders starting with providing me initial quotes in a timely manner and following up on their delivery and pending orders. In a short period of time, within the past 6 months or so, I have spent several hundred to more than a few thousands on Terra Universal products, not mentioning my recommendations to my colleagues in the same company and in other companies. I am planning to place more orders to Nathan and spend thousands and thousands more in the near future when my company's business is picking up again. Again, big kudos to Nathan! You got my business and more orders coming your way, hopefully soon!

I worked with Rhey Olmedo for the initial purchase. He required multiple promptings to provide feedback about minor product customization. The drawings provided were helpful. The product was received with loose screws, scratches, and an obvious incorrect drill-hole which had simply been plugged with a bright red plastic plug. The air-tight seals on the doors of the unit were not functioning, and Loren McAdoo is working with me to get this issue fixed. Despite multiple communications I received the incorrect number of replacement parts, which were incorrectly milled. Still working with the company to resolve. Updated: appropriate replacement parts are not available. Informed to make do with almost-correct parts.
