My daughter was having an issue with her laptop no one could help her. I live out of state and looked this shop up. I think they took care of her in less than 10 minutes and didn’t even charge her. What an excellent way to generate more business. Thank you.

I happen to know just enough about computers that I can get myself in trouble. John was extremely understanding and helped me with questions I had about my bad hard drive, double checked it for me and explained that if it's a recent hard drive purchase that I could probably just get it refund from the company. He was happy to walk me through that process or let me do it if I felt confident, which helped give me options, which most places absolutely don't do. He was respectful and helped save me a little. Definitely recommend GC to everyone and will be coming here for all my future computer issues!
