My experience with Supreme Heating and Cooling has been very satisfactory.. The service people are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide great service. The service technician, Logan, was exceptionally helpful during my recent service call. My garage door wasn’t working so I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Unfortunately, the garage door service couldn’t schedule me until the following week. Logan manually raised the door so I could move my car outside. I am very pleased with their service and technicians.

Natural gas line NOT installed to code and also leaked into our home!! We've used Supreme many times before for plumbing, boiler repairs, and a gas line for a new dryer. But this time was a disaster! We had to call the Vectren Gas Company after we initially received no response, 30 minutes after the first (of the 2) calls, I made to Supreme's emergency after hours call service. Vectren (who arrived within 10 minutes of my call at 11 PM on a Friday night) quickly found the leak. It was coming from where Supreme had connected their flex line directly to the water heater's shut off valve. The Vectren person also noted that there SHOULD have been a \T and drip pipe\ installed which was not there. (see attached photo of his report). Vectren was required to \Red tag\ us, shut us off at the main, and even locked it (see pic) until Supreme could return to fix it. Once repaired, Vectren had to return on Saturday to inspect Supreme's work and restore our gas service. We have a Gold Service contract with Supreme, and when we received our bill today (which was not even itemized as to what was parts and what was labor) we were surprised to see that they had charged us 1395 to install a 699 tankless heater that we had provided. (see pic of bill) On top of that there was no indication that a discount to the work had been credited. When we called Wes at Supreme we were told that while their service plan does have a 20% discount on \plumbing service\, that does NOT include the plumbing used during our installation because is was a conversion from a conventional tank heater to a tankless one and that their (top of the line, mind you) Gold Service Agreement only covers \existing\ plumbing NOT new installations--which we found to be very misleading given how the brochure was worded. (See brochure pic).

Great service, as promised!! Was referred by Micheal, he said they would do a good job.... and the guy did. Brandon showed up on time and did a excellent job installing my gas stove. He double checked everything to make sure it worked and was safe.

The technician that came to my house was nice. He came out to fix an electrical issue with my central air and got it working. After he left my airconditioner stopped working after 20 min. I had to call him back and he came out the next day and fixed it again. This cycles 3 times until after the 3rd day it finally worked. He told me that I would not be charged for multiple visits because it was a simple electrical issue and he failed to fix it properly each time. I was then billed for almost 800 dollars, yes charged fully for each visit and all the man hours. I went and talked to the owner who was extremely rude and told me nothing in life is free bud. I told them I will pay this bill but you will never see another dollar from me. I hope word of mouth goes a long way.
