Brad Staples took great care of me today and helped me with the best first time buyer experience I could have hoped for! After months of searching, I finally found my home with Randall Noe! Thank you for treating me like family!

This place should be investigated for deceptive trade practices. As you can see in the picture the price is listed at 27554 final price. When I get the sales price it mysteriously jumped to 33k for \dealer Items\ this place is a joke. Drove an hr and wasted my time. The 33 k didn't even include the tax title and license. My lawyer will be in contact. Also as to the response below this is another lie. I offered 29k plus ttl after posting this review all the sudden the dealer wants to make a deal at the advertised price.

I was in the market for a truck and was trading in my Jeep. We agreed on a price of 27k for the truck, which I thought was fair. They rolled over the 1005 that I owed on my Jeep. The salesman (Brad Staples) was great, the finance officer was a crook. I didn’t realize it until after the fact. NOTICE ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BECAUSE OF BRAD STAPLES! He was the only good part about my experience there. We chatted for a bit and he offered me a rate higher than I was comfortable with. So he decided to check other banks rates. He ran my credit 6 times and dropped by score 40 points for a full year.... I found that out later. We agreed on 35k at 4% all said and done. I got a call from him after 7pm when I finally left from dealing with him. He had another offer at 3%. So as tired as I was I still turned around and went back to sign again. I’ll admit, I signed the second time without reading. My mistake... The rate was still 3.99% and there was an added fee. All said and done, I’m now looking at paying 41k for a 28k truck.... Stay clear of these guys!!

Stay away from this dealership! Bad business practice! Here is my story: On Wednesday, 4/22/2020 I contacted the dealership in regards to a Mercedes-Benz S350 BlueTec (Stock# 96576A, VIN: WDDNG8DB8CA415194) they have for sale. I was told the car is there and available for a test-drive. I had given the sales associate, Sears, my information and informed him that it'll take me about one and a half hours, 90 minutes to get there, as I live in Prosper, TX and they're in Terrell, TX. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car is not available for a test-drive as it was in limp-mode, due to a faulty sensor. The part was on order but had not been changed. The car is in a very bad shape! All four tires need to be replaced immediately, brake rotors and pads are in poor condition, the driver rear air strut is leaking air and needs to be replaced; both rear would have to be replaced, in this case. The sales associate is still bragging about the car and its pristine condition. I drove more than 3 hours, round trip, to look at a vehicle that was falsely advertised. I was not even offered any kind of compensation for my loss. Stay away from this dealership! Bad business practice.
