So I called this place like 3 times in a 2 week period to get a certain truck I wanted. First, the lady who answers the phone seems uninspired. Two, I was working with Mike only for him to tell me my truck \sold\. Now this is after I offered to go ahead and put my down payment down or whatever and come pick my truck up in a week or so until I have some time off. I called one morning and spoke with Mike gave some information and he told me he would call me back. He sent me a text saying \one of the guys sold it last night\. Go figure! I called another car lot with the same car, one year newer, same down payment, with less miles and struck a deal! I was not able to see the car and the salesman gave me a video tour of the car, the whole 9! Deal was done within 4 hours on a Monday, and picked my new truck up on Friday! Dont expect that type of service here!

Predators preying on innocent people. Don't be their next victim. Almost killed my family! I bought a 2007 Jeep Compass from them, it's still on the lot. Javier told me it had a little rust under the hood it was because it came from up east. I used to live up east so I understood that. Well 9 months into the loan there was some issues that came about. So, I took it to a well known mechanic shop. They showed me that the whole sub frame (bottom of the car) was rusted out. That at any point in time the jeep could have separated and we could've died. Mind you I have two kids. This was my only vehicle. So, to hear that and never was informed about it. I was distraught, I had my 4 year old and 7 year old in that car. Then when I didn't make the payment Maria got an attitude with me. Then the owner called and I told him what happened. Then they said that they would put me in another car. I was ok with that until Clay did a 30% mark up and wanted me to drop more on the down payment. So, now I have this car hitting my credit because they sold me a piece of junk and put my life and my children's life in jeopardy. Don't buy from them, they are crooks. It's sad that they would do this to someone and they remain open.

Terrible experience, changed the prices of truck and tried to raise the price so high were i couldn't afford it. He thought... Then tried to offer me a raggedy truck with no A/C. Take your money somewhere else and deal with people who don't judge or discriminate.
