I messaged the dealer about a car that I found on their website and asked for the out of the door price with fees, tags and taxes included. They gave me their price and I gave them my counter offer. Within a week we came to an agreement for the final price. I arrive at the dealer and speak with Roddy about the car. Everything seemed to be in order. I took it for a test drive and agreed to purchase the car if they could change one part interior part that had faded. They agreed to to replace the part and I was ready to buy the car. Roddy was there making sure that everything was ok. At this point I probably spent around 1 hour at the dealer (including the test drive). The actual paper work and waiting for them to finalize everything took over 2 hours. This is the only complaint I have about the whole experience. At this point it was actually late and getting dark outside. All in all, I would say that this was a good experience. Roddy did his best and I assume that the final 2h paper work was not his fault.

The dealership was nice enough, but here's my issue... The vehicle that I was looking at was listed on sale for 32,829. There was an additional discount for calling in for a test drive that was 500 which I would have certainly did before buying and a 2500 trade in discount that my vehicle was qualified for. This seemed like a good enough deal. The middle of the road trade-in value for my vehicle is around 7,500, according to Kelly Blue Book and I owe around 3,000 on a loan on the vehicle. They lowballed my trade-in at 4,000, which is fair and understandable because at this point they hadn't seen the vehicle. (I’ll add a couple of pics below of my vehicle for reference. The interior is on par with the exterior and it is in excellent running condition. Note that this is my vehicle) Keeping all of this in consideration, they sent me the quote including taxes and additional fees, some of which were expected. The quote, which took into consideration everything stated herein and contained all taxes and fees was for 32,785.89. That means that after taking off 3000 in additional advertised offers and a (significantly lowballed) 4000 trade-in, (6500 in total between the offers and the trade-in),the vehicle was only 43.11 less than what it is actually advertised for. I prefer that a dealership quote me a fair price that they stand by, offered a trade-in allowance that was fair for both parties and was fair and honest during the entire process. I've been truthful about my experience herein and you can decide what your opinion is about the facts that I've described.

Weeks in advance I asked my salesman for a Out The Door total on my special order Corvette. The salesman was vague, saying he wouldn't know the total until the car arrived. I wanted to have a bank draft ready to expedite the pick up of my car. After my car was delivered to the dealer I finally receive a text from my salesman with the price (minus the deposit). Looks good, I have no clue what taxes & license fees are going to add up to. I assumed it only included the 700 Doc fees. When I sat down with the finance manager he made quite a show of telling me about extended warranties & programs. I understand, that's his job to up sale me. What I didn't appreciate was the Out the Door price I was given ALREADY included the oil change program, 400 & a two year additional warranty 1,300. The finance manager made a performance that he was \giving me\ the extended warranty & oil change program for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE of what I had already paid. The reality was I was given an inflated TOTAL upfront. I signed the documents & kept the additional services, out of frustration. I wanted to get out of there & enjoy my new Corvette.

The experience with the dealership was great. They helped us get some things straighten out with our warranty insurance and get the repairs that were needed covered, which initially was sure would be covered, but it all worked out in the end. And also the collision center did a great job repairing the repairs that was needed to the body of our vehicle. Thanks Guys for a job well done.

My wife and I were looking to get a great deal on some cars on Labor Day weekend. After visiting a couple of other dealers and after a few days of research, we ended up at Labonte Chevrolet. James was very helpful in helping us find a couple of Silverado 1500 that we fell in love with. Caleb processed our paperwork and he was so helpful and answered all of our questions. But the best part of the whole experience is that we didn't have to haggle and without us asking, the sales manager (who we did not meet) looked at our situation and gave us a great deal. I was upside down on my SUV and we were trading in an old car that was barely functioning and they managed to get me out of my old SUV and apply some credits. They even took care of our first month's payment. We are very happy with our experience here and would definitely come back.
