Kindly please correct your open hours, as they are inaccurate. I called to pay a tax bill and someone answered the phone so I obviously asked for assistance and was told we are closed and given quite the attitude. If you’re closed, #1, don’t answer the phone, #2 don’t be rude when someone is simply asking to pay a bill and is being very kind to you, even though you were rude. #3 when I ask what hours are you open and I also apologize for calling, yet you continue to be rude, you should be fired. Oh yeah and #4, correct the hours so people don’t call thinking you’re open and again don’t pick up the phone if you’re closed. Your hours say 8am-12am, NOT PM, and I obviously know you’re not open until midnight but I’m also going to assume you’re open at least until 4pm. Thank you!
