Nothing but great service experience here. Great communications over the app and text before and during service. None of the pesky upwelling you get from the regular car service/dealers. The Tesla is definitely the best car I’ve ever driven. 3 years in and still love it and it gets better every month.

Great experience. The associates there were very friendly and welcoming. I got a chance to spend on the models as well as take a ride in Tesla's model 3 and the newly released Model Y. Wonderful experience. Kids loved it too.

Service was great the sales person are very friendly they don’t push you they are very informative you about the their vehicles. You can test drive it if you want appointment is required We tried model X. Excellent car handles very well just for a passenger prospective (side passenger or back passenger) not all that comfortable feels very empty , no where to hold on , no where to rest your harms needs more improvement on those areas. We do long drives not only the driver needs comfort but the entire crew on that car. Model X for a family car missed a bit the mark.

Elias was the associate who helped me throughout the process from test driving to purchasing and prepping for delivery. He was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. Additionally, he notified me of the 1 year of free supercharging as well as the ending of the NJ rebate. Without any heads up I would have surely missed out on both! I highly recommend speaking with Elias if you're interested in purchasing or test driving a Tesla!

The car was dirty from the inside when I picked up my new car. Did not expect that. Asked for a manager to call me and I never heard back. Waited for a month for a service appointment and got an email today saying no loaner at 5:30. A perfect sign of a poorly run dealership. Hope someone will look at this review and do something about it.
