Tesla took care of the issue within a reasonable time frame. The new location in Vallejo is still in the works. But overall quality of work and customer service was excellent

Dropping off couldn't be easier. Drive in the service lane, drop off at the kiosk, grab a loaner, done. Will update on service performer etc when I get it back.
