I used this company as a result of a house fire. I found the representatives to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They explained everything fully and went about their work very efficiently. When the clothes were returned I was very impressed with how well they had been handled, cleaned and packaged. Everything was labeled so I knew what was in the boxes or on hangers. They do everything they can to make the process easy. It’s bad enough going through a house fire but this company makes it a very positive experience.
