First off they have a chlorine problem so immediately after working here I started experiencing headaches i never knew why untill finally they told me why. This job is a job RJ sends mexicans to work on equipment with no volt meter! He expects you to diagnose problems with no volt meter! RJ's shop looks like a s hole nothing organized dusty and dirty just like his home im sure.

I dont work for them but my husband Ramon does. They are very friendly ppl and family friendly. They treat you like family as one of their own, but working for a boss like Ruben have been great. He's polite, helpful, honest, respectful and funny guy. My husband couldnt have gotten a better boss anywhere else. Thank you TexPac....
If you are picking up a load from this facility be prepared to have to deal with a power struggle between Jeff and management..Driver had a 6am load time per facilities request (change at last minute) we accommodated that request by having truck over night at their facility to insure that 6am appointment which Jeff didn’t show up till 7:15am and came up with every excuse not to load driver.. It wasn’t raining, said didn’t have enough product 20 bags/ 40,000lbs, carried on about he was gonna call in cause he didn’t want to load this...No Jeff your job is to do what management pays you to do, load the 18 wheeler that paid for fuel/time to get to your facility for an appointment time your company set..We did our part but you failed your company. I pulled my truck due to you not taking care of your customer..If my driver handled his customer in this manner he would be fired no ands, ifs or buts...Fairness to the Company owners, Jeff was given a directive to load truck at 6am. an Jeff chose to do his own thing which reflects back on your business..There are people that do want to work and take pride in their jobs and how they represent their company, but Jeff is not one of those..If not for that fact Jeff has cost our company money/time/lost load..
