Drivers are nice but rude answering service and she lies about being the owner rude as hell and hangs up on you
They are better, cheaper, and respond faster than lyft or Uber. They come off rough but they are really just being honest and straightforward.
Would have given no stars if that was an option. Horrible experience. After waiting over an hour the cab arrived and was an old van that nothing worked right on it. The driver was loud and drove extremely reckless. I finally told him he was scaring me and he acted like he got mad. Going 100 (literally) mph looking back at us instead of the road, playing on his phone, showing us pictures. It was awful!! My husband and I were nervous wrecks when we got out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TAXI SERVICE.
Cheaper than Uber for an across town ride and even let me make a quick stop on my way to my destination.
