Got my brand new K5 here and I loved the customer service everything was so easy and quick. They tried to work with me on what I could afford but also what I wanted a nice vehicle to my liking.

I had a great experience here. They treated me well. Denise was very helpful. I had some challenging issues to get past to get my new sorento and they did a great job. Also I wanted remote start and they didn't have one in my price range. They were able to install it for me before I left. I had a very good experience.

So I priced tires and was told it would be 353 and that was with the mount just needed to pay labor. As he wrote it down it was 353 in big font with the additional amount very small. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY because the additional amount came to be 482.83. I understand there’s additional fees but CLEARLY I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE ADDITIONAL FEES WOULD BE SO COSTLY. And they didn’t even air up the tires correctly. Just threw them on. It’s honestly my last time back because I feel like I was taken advantage of. The guy working with me knew I was on a budget and never clarified how much the total amount would be. I paid the amount but will not be back. Not just for the experience but it’s been a few times the service department has been careless.
