Car advertised as one owner but it was a rental car for sale. Seats were wet and the car clearly wasn't looked at by a mechanic as there was issues with the vehicle that are noticed when driven and on the instrument panel. Car stunk and milk stains in the backseats. Also damage throughout the body. None of this was shared with me prior to driving 2 hours and them running a credit check. Very disappointed as i had good experience with other ORR dealerships. Stay clear of this place, unless u want a lemon.

Tim is the BEST! After getting ripped off by a mechanic at another shop while on a road trip, Tim, Nolan, and the rest of the crew were able to properly diagnosis the issue with the car and fix it quickly and efficiently! You can tell they really care for you and your vehicle. Absolutely the best experience we’ve had at a service center. If you have a Volkswagon, got to Tim for your service needs!

Bought my wife a 2019 Highlander over the phone. They delivered it to me after dark so I didn’t notice there were no floor mats. After multiple texts with the salesman who ensured me they were on order, we still have no floor mats after buying a 30k vehicle. Called the dealership to talk to a manager only to be transferred to 3 different people and finally told someone would call back. No one ever called back.
