Applied for internet online (as I have always done with every other provider) and paid my deposit, waited for the email as it said I would receive one that same day confirming. Never received an email so I called today and they said that you need to call to set up new service, and not set it up online. So now I have to wait 3-5 business days to see if they even offer service in my area (even though it said online when filling out the information that it offered it at my new address). I work from home full time. Would have been nice if this information was posted online before I paid the deposit/ one month of service.

Great service for the price if your a streamer of multiple Media apps via firetv alexa and using different devices know your bandwidth consumption is key set data alerts also hd mode as well I have no issues no buffering; I run two networks colder months it will increase bandwidth usage bindge watching shows why I stay with them great services
They are fast at everything! They were very accommodating and fast to hook up the wifi when I moved in and I have not had speed lags or anything of that sort in that time and I get more speed for less money than their competitor in the area. Very happy customer... would definitely recommend.
They were very friendly and took care of all my needs. Got me up and running in about 15 mins and I am very pleased with the speed I am getting!
