This is a small airport but it has all the same luxuries as a big airport. The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful. Even when your bags have been damaged they will do everything they can to make sure you are pleased with their service. They have 3 car rental places inside the terminal. You are able to get through TSA fairly quick and at your gate right away.

Clean, accessible airport. TAC Air employees are very helpful and professional. So are the American Airlines employees. Good car rental employees and cars.

Flying out of this airport requires a lot of patience. First, there are a limited number of flights since it is just a small airport. Secondly, the TSA agents are very sensitive and will pull aside bags to open them up. For me, this is a hassle since I carry camera equipment for work, and it never happens to me at bigger airports. Me aside, bags are frequently hand inspected. I will be avoiding this airport going forward.
