Had Valentine's Supper and it was amazing! My fiance is Brazilian- American and we were excited to see just about everything he misses. After reading other reviews I was prepared for anything but make no mistake, no disappointment here!

It was very good. Fun place to try since they bring the meat to your table. Great salad bar and hot bar. Specially drinks were delicious! Food is really good. We always wanted to try. It's pricey but you get your money's worth for sure. The meats were really good... Cooked to your liking.
Our service was fast and attentive but made me kind of nervous with how fast he was running around and talking. We were there after closing finishing our meal due to being sat down so late. Cons: We waited an extra 30 minutes after our reservation time and were told to wait outside (in 10 weather) or in our car which was a walk away. They have these green and red cards to show when you want carvers to come by or not but they didn't follow the cards. Pros: The food was good and plentiful. Many options available and they ask you how you prefer your meat to be cooked (rare, medium, ect)
First time and it was amazing, delicious!!! Miranda our server was awesome and fast. The place was packed (covid style). They are very aware of the current conditions and we felt very safe there. We will go back for sure, thank you
Service used to be great here. Past couple years the service has been mediocre or worst. This is my husband’s favorite restaurant so we have continued to go here over the past couple years. Through COVID we ate at the restaurant a couple times and service was still awful even with limited seating. We decided to try carry out. They didn’t get our order correct the first three times. When we brought it to the managers attention and he doesn’t apologize, he’s actually passive aggressive. The first time they accidentally gave me the incorrect order and didn’t apologize. Second time they gave me the wrong potatoes, when I mentioned that this was the second time our order was wrong to the manager, he said he would be right back, he gave me a small piece of chocolate cake, still didn’t apologize. Third time, the food was terribly cold and the cheese on the potatoes was in solid form. I didn’t mention it, I’ve came to realize that the manager doesn’t take responsibility for the poor service or poor food quality. ( yes, many times it seemed like the carry out food it what they take off the buffet when they replenish it with fresh food) We have finally given up. We are hoping for new management someday!
