Very unprofessional! Nasty attitude. Presentation is everything and the card issuers presentation was as if she was superior. For most people , if they didn't have to be here they wouldn't. Perhaps they need etiquette classes on how to present themselves in a professional manner and learn how to treat and speak to people. When I approached the window, the young lady told me I could have a seat and proceeded to answering a text message on her phone. I was already seated and was only asking her if I needed to give her the copy of my ID the previous person had given me. No etiquette whatsoever!

The front section talks to each other too much. And I do not appreciate them talking to everyone as if they are beneath them or slow. When they clearly can’t understand most of what people are asking them to understand. The wait time is usually slow as well, but that is typical and should not be acceptable. I try not to come to this location because of their service, but they are more lenient at this location.

The worst service ever they are not helpful at all i gave them one star because of the app but the deserve zero

By far the most unprofessional service. Called was on hold for 9 minutes before someone picked up and didn’t say anything for about 1-2 minutes of me also saying “hello”. They then hung up the phone. Picked up to hang up. Called a total of two times and both times it took anywhere between 9-11 minutes before anyone would actually pick up only to hang up again.
