Well, I have a lot to say about this company. Customer service is horrible and product quality is so inconsistent. I’m skin care product maker and recently ordered their serum base after choosing one of samples that i bought. After got my batch, I found out that there’s some discrepancies between samples and batch that i bought. Oil and water were not mixed at all (oily residue was floating onto water based ingredients) and color was so different. I emailed them with pictures and explanation asking why is it so different with sample and the actual batch that i got and is there any ingredients ratio changed. Then got so cold and short email saying there is any problem. The most funny thing is after send them an email for asking about product quality in a polite way(one time), they cancelled my account (I was about to buy something). I sent them an email asking please check my account that is cancelled but haven’t received any emai from them (Customer service is held by only email they do not have contact number or anything) Horrible, arrogant and rude customer service and poor product quality. Don’t recommend here!!

Texas Natural Supply can be defined by incredibly rude customer service. I emailed asking about shipping costs because I live in Austin, (where they are located) and I know there’s no way FedEx charges 14.99 to ship a 4 oz. bag across town. I inquired about this, was sent a generic email about shipping, and upon my response of saying I would have appreciated an actual answer, I received an email saying “Thank you. Please move along.” They clearly are not interested in providing a decent customer experience. Not sure how a company like that will stay in business.
I like the product that I get from them (product gets 5 stars), but their lack of customer service and the inability to pick up from the warehouse for local purchases makes me question the company's legitimacy. I have the potential to convert hundreds of thousands of dollars for raw materials to this local business but, I have decided to continue with other vendors that treat me well and help me with cost saving measures. (ie Shipping)
I have been a customer for years; at least 8 years I have ordered a ton of material from TNS for research and I have always had great experiences.
Excellent products!
Way behind the times with their policies and practices. Be careful doing business with this company.
