Great supply house! Over the years they have produced some amazing hoses and fittings and are always willing to help as needed. Great customer service! Gonna get some new material for the work truck and make this next summer in the commercial HVAC business run smoother. Thank you Texas Rubber! #America

We've been doing business with this company for thirty years. Today we sent our driver to have a custom hose made up as usual and were told they no longer do that while you wait. We now need to call in orders and wait for them to make it sometime in the future. I guess they could care less that people have equipment down and depend on fast service. We will now shift all of our business to Midwest Hose and Specialty. They still do quick service at the counter.

I have been trying to get reimbursed for damages done to my vehicle while parked at a public place. An eyewitness watched the whole thing as the Texas Rubber Supply Truck hit and run and caused several thousand in damages to my vehicle. I have been communicating with Derek Lewis and he has made promises that the insurance will cover this, now he won't return any calls or emails. Unbelievable! Somebody please help me. I'm told he is the one in charge. This has been going on since May!
