They never explain me about the payments and never said the amount they will taking from my checking account Oh surprise when I called them asking for my copy of the payment agreement they just said they can't to bring any pacient copy \u003e I dont Know speak good english and is to hard for me to explain to everybody whom take my phone call .
Beware! When you make your payment, if for any reason, you're owed a refund, you'll be forced to go to extreme measures to get your money back! First, no one will return your call regarding your refund. If you finally get to speak to Jessica, the business office manager, she's rude, condescending and aloof as to your money!!!! The incompetence and lack of respect shown by the first people you'll deal with at this facility will make you feel more comfortable having your procedure at a veterinary clinic! When the insurance and billing departments are the face and first impression of your establishment, you may want to consider a facelift! My only regret is that I can't give negative stars.
The blond woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She told me I owed 450 for the surgery, and I informed her that I met my deductible. When I told her that, she began to huff and puff and then told me I hadn't met it(even though I knew I had). So, i put her on the phone to my insurance, and she told me then, she'd collect 10%, which is correct. Her boss then pulled me into a side room and explained to me that it's their policy to try and collect the FULL amount. I told her that's messed up, especially being that this is a surgery center and that I'm on disability pay right not. So, needless to say, she kicked me out of the center and I'll have to schedule something in the DFW area. Sad thing is, there's no one that's going to do nothing about this at all. She'll continue to be condescending to the patients. Must be nice to be so secure in a job to where you can speak to people the way she did me with absolutely no repercussions whatsoever. I needed the back surgery and this is the only place within 300 miles that's able to do it. That is before those two employees of the Surgery Center came along. Side note: I didn't use profanity, I didn't yell at her, i did express my concern to them, and they didn't want the other patients to hear it, so that's why they took me to a side room...hopefully someone reading this of importance can go into their office and watch them work. You shouldn't \kick\ a patient out of he building and not let them get their surgery. Especially if they already paid for it!
Staff was very friendly and made me feel super comfortable even though I was pretty nervous. Good people, clean and professional environment.
