I tried dealing with the State Departnent and only got iffy answers and transferred to the next department, back and forth. Called Texas Tower and got an immediate answer by Sergio. He was knowledgeable and I could hear he was truly interested in my dilemma, asked to have my letters and documents emailed to his office and after a few days and a visit to his office, got the best advice and all my answers. His friendly yet professional demeanor gave me the confidence that I could relax and the passport issue was resolved. The advice and peace of mind was freely given as I left without having to take out my bank card. Thank you sir and God bless.

Greetings from #earth and #freedom this place is not for Puerto Rico and not for Puerto Rican false advertising there no birth certificate for Puerto Rican they have no knowledge they will just read of the internet no manners and it smells like dog they have pets there plus they over charge and scammers and put on a fake show not for Puerto Rican stay away plus they have fake reviews
Great services requested my passport and received it with in 3 days .Sergio was very friendly and helped me .I recommend TexasTower Passport best customer services highly recommended.
Sergio was completely amazing! Walked me through absolutely everything step by step in order to get a new passport. I was on a big time crunch and he helped me sort out everything quickly and efficiently! Even through a pandemic he helped me get my passport back in less than 2 months. Highly recommend this place.
In short your paying extra 130 for the guy to ask you a bunch of questions about your personal life! I went in and was told that most likely my passport would not process because birth certificate was missing the \I\ due to being a short version. He still took my money knowing it would not go through and I was advised to order a long version birth certificate. I paid 330 and was scheduled at post office the following day. At post office I was told that this place is a scam! You can literally do everything on your own without paying 130 extra.. Ofcourse I wasnt able to process passport because of birth certificate. I go back to Texas Tower and asked for refund, but in his words I was still going to get charged for his time! Needless to say, I will get 280 refunded. He charged me 40 for \his time\ and 10 for picture he took of me!
