I'm highly disappointed...I waited well.over 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment, but no one showed, returned my call or responded to my email. This was my first time visiting this place and was excited since my bday was coming up. Please save yourself time and energy. Trying to support black owned businesses can be frustrating when you're treated in such an unprofessional manner. Wish I could give zero stars!

I’m so dissapointed and never thought I’d have to give this place of business one star. I’ve waited almost 3 months for an appointment for a loc repair after a consultation with (Ebony) After me and my wife’s stylist (Zllen) Who we were seeing for years took a leave. We’ve started our journey here and I’ve Been locked for years. They are down my back! I’ve spent thousands including my wife since the beginning of our journey all to be told after the consultation for the repair to my Locs that I’d have to see a “Dermatologist” first before getting my repair done. Why not tell me this before I waited over TWO months??!?!, I’m highly disappointed and will never come back nor recommend this place. I’ve never even felt comfortable to be honest but I stayed just to get my hair done. They told me I wasn’t going bald and I just needed a repair. This is a whole mess and I highly advise anyone else NOT to go. Yes this is a real review and my name is in their system. I’m going to another woman now. I’ve switched to three different stylist in this shop (They made me). I’m overwhelmed with disappointment. Oh and to add to the fact whenever you switch to different stylist (which they made me.) You are gonna deal with thinning as well. I’ve had stylist in here (Not gonna mention names) That said combining my Locs were fine all to be told by ebony that it wasn’t a great a idea and probably another reason my Locs fell off. I have about “5” That came off that I begged for them to fix when I’d get retriwst to fix but they wouldn’t. I’m done and Nefertiti, This is Keiandre You know how to reach out to me by phone. My number been the same for 3 years plus since I’ve been coming here so I’d expect a curtosey call from you or an apology for the inconvenience.
