Worked for these clowns for 2 1/2 years. During that time I, as long as my co-workers were repeatedly made to work on equipment we were totally unfamiliar with. Even after being told by manufacturers to not work on their equipment without formal training. My refusal to work on a piece of equipment I was totally unfamiliar with was not received well by my \boss\. In my 2 1/2 years, I had never been given a reprimand or a bad evaluation. I also received raises. It was not uncommon for technicians to replace a part that was not bad due to misdiagnosis and the customer not being made aware. I was terminated unfairly after 2 1/2 years and the reasons given were completely bogus. I was a punctual employee, I worked over a year before missing a days work. I filed a claim for wrongful termination, but given I had three superiors willing to make false accusations about me, the EEOC sided with them. Other employees were constantly tardy or calling in for every reason under the sun. I had 15 years experience in this field before coming to work for these clowns. Fortunately I was able to retire. If I were a business owner, I would hire anyone but this company to repair my machines as these are not honorable people, in my opinion.
These people came into our shop several times over several weeks and switched out every component in our ice cream machine and it still is doing the same thing it was doing from the beginning, they never fixed the unit. Always sending in a different repair tech sometimes while the service manager sat outside in his van. Piss poor service DON’T BUY anything from these people. Horrible service, horrible customer service,
