I cannot say enough good things about Thayer!!! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership through the entire process was amazing. They were so helpful and great about explaining every little detail. I would absolutely recommend them and will never go anywhere else to buy a car. The whole experience was unlike any I’ve ever had before while buying a car. After missing work and overtime and having the car I just bought overheat. Now the battery that I was told after asking multiple times it wasn't the original one. That was a lie. They knew I needed a car and they played on that but then again I don't have 650 and up credit score
I've purchased all my vehicles for the past 8 years (3)from Thayer Chevrolet. I've travelled back home to purchase my cars from Thayer while living in Columbus and I reside in Toledo & drive to BG to get my car serviced. Family owned and great finance department and the service department is the best!
