This is the worst beef I have ever received. It is too tough to eat, even if I pressure cook it. Almost 1000 for meat I can’t even give away. I emailed them and never got a response. I have been eating belted Galloway for a long time. As much fat and water there is in the meat I got, I don’t think it is belted Galloway not grass fed.

Horrible customer service. I was told one price for half cow and charged a higher price. Then the processing was done before I could tell them how to cut it. After I realized I was charged more than I should have been multiple attempts to contact them and no response.
