Funny, the answer group doesn't answer their phone. They also don't return phone calls.

Business is run by a bunch of wannabe tough guys that get away with a lot of illegal practices because they are connected to corrupt politicians in New York City and State government. Ask any current or former employee how they are treated, they force all employees on raod to take salary then force you to work overtime with no extra pay they also pay employees in cash so they don't pay taxes or workers comp so when you get injured on the job they pretend like they don't know you and you have no proof that you worked for them. Answer group should be investigated by the IRS and FBI because they pay off local officials to look the other way. Don't do business with this corrupt company.

Answer vending has a few machines where I work in Bay Shore, NY. For the past year I have been here there have been 5 occurances where I purchased expired product from the machines. Each time I contacted the company and the customer service person was happy to send a refund, promising someone would come within the next 48 hours to service the machines but only once did that ever happen. The expired product usually sat in the machine for weeks. Back in May 2012 I contacted Answer Vending letting them know they had Twizzlers which expired 1 year (yes, ONE year!) prior.. they promptly issued a refund and promised someone would be onsite within 48 hours to service the machine and remove the expired product. Over a month later that still hasn't happened, people slowly purchased the expired product and today I purchased an Oats and Honey granola bar which expired on Jan 22 2012. This company does not service their machines on a regular basis, they clearly are putting IN expired product since products have expired well past the previous service dates when they scanned and removed expired product. If you're looking for a vending company, avoid this one.. unless you don't care about serving expired products to your customers/employees. Here is a list of the expired products I purchased myself within the last year from their machine: Monster energy drink Monster energy drink (yes, happened again after it was supposedly serviced) Cup of Soup Dentine gum Twizzlers Nature's Valley Oats and Honey
