No problems at all. Affordable and nice units, and I really love having a back yard and dog park at mine. The staff are always really friendly and helpful - including front desk and maintenance. They were especially considerate and flexible during the COVID-19 pandemic and circumstances as well. This place is right down the road from USF, with a road going right into the engineering side too! Highly recommend to students for that reason alone (and the affordability).

I've lived at Arbor Walk Apartments since 2017 and can't be happier! The office staff always greets you at the door smiling and with a warm welcome. Maintenances sense of urgency when there has been an issue is spot on. I love the newly renovated gym and pool area and use them often. Our community is filled many diverse cultures which is refreshing especially during these times. All of the units look great and the renovated units have been beautifully updated with the best fixtures! I have and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home. Sebastian is a super!

I have been living here for a steady 3 years and still going! I adore the unit I live in and don't plan on switching. The office staff is pleasant and prompt especially if I ever have an issue, they address it immediately. They do their best to accommodate what they can even with COVID 19 restrictions. I have lived in multiple different apartments within this area over the years and this has been by far my absolute favorite across the board.

Current resident for 4 years and have never had an issue. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Tampa/ Temple Terrace area. Apartments are nice, clean and affordable. Office staff is also great willing to assist with anything needed!

My fiance, Latreva, posted a review and they replied with false accusations and deleted her review. Everything she posted was TRUE we have pictures & videos to prove it. We have contacted consumer protection & the office staff lied about the situation to the investigator, so we filed a complaint with the BBB, the attorney generals office and we will be getting an attorney if they do not give us our money back. Pictures do not lie! We had to continuously put in work orders when things should’ve already been completed BEFORE we gained possession of the apartment. We had to practically BEG them to resolve the issues in numerous emails, over 115. They lied and said the painters do not work after 4pm, we saw him yesterday going into the apartment next door to us after 6pm! We were also told he did not work on weekends which was yet another lie because we’ve seen him on several occasions on the weekends doing work. He also blatantly lied to her face telling her he would be back to take care of the crack in the wall in our bedroom and never showed up and the office staff lied and said he came at 8am, we are up everyday at that time and no one knocked on the door. After we received the final disposition from consumer protection saying that we had to let them enter our apartment during my fiancé’s working hours or cancel the lease immediately, Sebastian (Assistant Manager) drove by our apartment in his personal vehicle smiling at us as if he was taunting us because of the outcome with consumer protection. We are prepared to speak to the media if necessary if we don’t get refunded, they treat people unfairly and they are VERY dishonest and disrespectful. DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
