They turn the water off atleast 3 times or more a month, all day. Do not recommend living here at all.

Pretty nice place to live, can’t complain. Maintenance workers respond quickly, and the staff is always super nice. Was looking for a place with my girlfriend and found the perfect home with the Arden apartments! Thank you so much

I pay around 1200 a month for an un updated 1 bedroom and I gotta say it's quite a deal. For 1200 dollars you get, electric sockets with one working plug. Every socket, only one plug works, very loud neighbors, cameras pointed at my back door, my car towed my first night here because the office was closed and they hadn't given me my guest parking info and still haven't four months into living here, and they even threw in an ant infestation free of charge! The location looks nice but is beyond inconvenient because you cant turn left out of the property. For 1200 dollars you can build a better shed on the side of the freeway.

The worst fing place to live at they take 2 hour breaks and barley have an 8 hour shift then leave 30 mins before closing so you can't talk to them when they say they're open.... you have to park a half mile away to get to your apartment vice versa carports over here they walk half mile to the other side... this place deserves a -5 star to expensive for the lack of work boooo arden team
