Matt keeps a great selection of guns and has the best price around, and believe me I have bought guns at every shop around Charlotte. Matt provides outstanding customer service and is a pleasure to buy from. I have also done over 20 outgoing transfers with him and he makes the process super easy. I will never go anywhere else for my gun needs. Do yourself a favor and see Matt or risk paying more and receiving lesser customer service.

I feel confident recommending The Arms Room to anybody that is in to guns. I dealt with Matthew King, struck a deal with him and will be a repeat customer without a doubt. Ammo prices are more reasonable than I have seen at other places. He keeps a good selection of handguns and a few long guns in stock. I must say I prefer the smaller shops to the big-box stores (or even just bigger stores) hands down, what is there not to like when they are competitive as well.
Stopped by another shop in the area only to find out they only sold the weapon I was looking for to law enforcement (which they didn't mention on the phone). The Arms Room in Charlotte was only a few miles away, so I decided to stop by for the first time on a whim. They had a nice selection of guns at reasonable prices, but not the particular one I was looking for. Matthew was nice enough to take some time to show me which models were currently available from his distributor, and at what price for each. Happy with the customer service and the price, I had him order me a Sig P938 early in the afternoon on a Tuesday. I was able to pick the gun up that Thursday, a little less than 48 hours after we placed the order. Didn't try to sell me on a more expensive model, honest and upfront about the price, and the gun arrived looking great. Hard to ask for more than that. The place is a little hard to find at first and not in my favorite part of town, but if you are looking for an honest and fair local gun shop you should definitely go check them out.
The Arms Room is my favorite gun shop. This is a great place for shy beginners like me. No pretenses or intimidation. Matt the proprietor showed me how to properly sight-in my scope and has elevated my gun IQ immensely. He pointed me in the right direction and prevented me from making a huge and costly mistake. It's a small place, but one that I believe will earn your patronage. His prices are great and his inventory is diverse. I feel very good recommending The Arms Room.

Matt's Arms Room may be a small veteran-owned business, but he definitely makes up for his courteous and professional services. I have purchased many things from his shop and his prices bar none are better than all the shops in store. He is knowledgeable and is ready and willing to help every one who walked into his store. I highly recommend him for all of your required needs whether it is a gun, rifle, or accessories. You'd be wasting time and money going elsewhere for anything. If he doesn't have it in stock, just let him know and before the sentence end, he's already on his computer ordering it for you. Don't let the size of this dog fool you... the fight in this dog is worth the drive and your business. He will be getting my future business... Support your local veterans own business!!!
