I have been living here for the past 3 years and this is the best property I have lived with since I have been in Atlanta. Close to everything, accessible and the the staff is great. Whenever you contact please request Brandee. Brandee is amazing she is very welcoming and always works with diligence. If you have any questions or concerns she is the person to go to and if she doesn't have the answer right then (very unlikely) she will get back to you in a hurry with an answer.

We lived there for one year and it was a very bad experience. From thin walls to unclean areas. We made multiple noise complaints from the same neighbors and nothing was done to rectify the situation. They had sewer flies (from the drains). We had to keep all of the drains closed to prevent being overwhelmed with the flies. Then when we left, we cleaned the unit very well but they always had to come up with some reason to not pay our full deposit back. A month or so later, we find out they owe us more money and we still havent received it all. Don't waste your time or money! Not worth it.
