Just moved in here. Had a few hiccups during the move but all problems were resolved promptly. Maintenance is very responsive and efficient. The leasing office personnel are very professional, helpful and polite. The apartment is awesome and community is well maintained.

My move was super smooth given my short notice move in. I've been here a while now and I'm really surprised by these reviews. I have only ever had positive encounters with staff. I loved my apartment from day 1. The few maintenance calls I've made were handled pretty quickly. It's always quiet and lots of space to run. I love the area as well. Quick Uber to Midtown, Ballpark and the mall. I'm stayin'!

First I’m having a great morning. Second I have lived here for about 5 years through a few management changes and it honestly has been downhill. I’m not here to complain ( even tho I could ) I’m here to just give my honest assessment of this living space. The area and location is A. The Handymen are A-, but the front office is a F. The organization in the office has to do better with replying to tendents and fixing things that may break.

Arrielle and Cheyenne are the best! Always helpful and making sure my maintenance request has been submitted. I love the community! It’s super quiet and very convenient to the mall. I was scared moving here looking at the reviews and I’m glad I didn’t listen. I’m not sure if I don’t care what happens outside of my house but I’m satisfied with what’s going on in my home.

I love living here and have been here for almost a year and a half. The office staff is wonderful, the grounds and maintenance crew are great, great expanse of property with awesome new dog park, great pool and just overall a wonderful and neighborly atmosphere. Quiet neighborhood, family, single, couple, young, old and especially pet friendly. If there is a problem with maintenance or something breaks, it is resolved quickly. Apartments have a great and spacious layout and I'm just in a one bedroom. Plus its general location is perfect...near 285, Smyrna Market Village, SunTrust Park (but not too close to that traffic), not to mention just a short drive or Lyft to Midtown or Downtown Atlanta. Highly recommend!
