Excellent place if you need anything bike related. Took my wife's bike there, just to have them take a look and make sure it was good to go. Within minutes, they had it up on a rack and were adjusting and fixing it. Very reasonable prices. Took a look at some bikes they had in the shop and I'll definitely be heading back to pick one up!

Super awesome! Went in with a bent rim, hoping it was fixable. Alas, it was not, but they had an affordable replacement on hand! They were able to put everything back together quickly. In and out 20 mins. Any longer in there and I wouldn't be able to leave without buying another bike! Thanks Jay

Been there twice and great experience both times. I didn't realize how hard it was to find good chain lubes on Oahu. I had been to multiple stores that would have carried it back in Colorado without success until I found the selection at The Bike Shop. Later they really came through when I broke a spoke during a ride. They fixed it on the spot...something I haven't experienced from a shop since I was a teen about 40 years ago! Thumbs up for The Bike Shop!

Dishonest, arrogant and nonintegrous! Stay Away! I called the bike shop for a quote on a spoke repair and new tube for my bicycle wheel. I was told the price breakdown and was quoted 40 for the repair. I went to the same shop within an hour of the phone quote and dropped off my wheel for the exact same repair as was quoted over the phone at 40. Nathan did the repair as requested however, he charged me 80. I calmly advised him that I was quoted for this job an hour ago at 40. He stubbornly and unapologetically listed off several additional labor charges which overlapped other labor charges, none of which were on the original quote. Specifically, I was told over the phone that these services were all covered under the original labor charge. He made no effort to change or correct the discrepancy and overall poor customer service. I ended up paying DOUBLE what they quoted me the same day for the same service. Save your hard earned money and time and patronize an honest bike shop: DO NOT GO TO THE BIKE SHOP AIEA!!

can't remember if I've reviewed them already. I've been several times, not only are they the closest to me... but they are staffed with friendly and knowledgeable professionals who have always been able to help me and never overcharge for the parts or service.

Very helpful. Turned in the bike and picked up the next day. Changed the spoke got the bike serviced and back on the road.
