Reservation process was extremely easy, bike was ready as soon as I arrived to the bike shop. Staff was awesome in helping me solve my Wahoo Roam issues since I left my mount at home, couldn't be happier with their service. Bike was in perfect condition, not a squeak or creak to be heard the entire time! Staff was also extremely helpful with suggestions and tips concerning my route and even offered suggestions on places to stop during my ride for wonderful pics. I would absolutely recommend Bike Shop Hawaii to any and all looking to enjoy time in Hawaii on two wheels!

The best LBS on island hands down. Customer service is unbeatable, staff is great, and they have what you need in stock. The people are personable and not condescending, and theyll remember you...even if you haven't seen them in years....true story! If you need your bike fixed or tuned up, pay the price. The mechanics are top notch. The Bike Shop sells Specialized gear.

Vacationing from North Dakota. Was looking for a bike shop to rent a decent road bike from. Was very happy with my experience here. Rented twice from here during my trip. Simple and smooth. Came with helmet and tools. Even had Garmin computer mount already installed which was convenient for me. Would recommend to others and would rent from here again in the future!

Nice guys, horrible bike service. 1. Mounted Cush core incorrectly, 2. Mounted tire in the wrong direction, 3. Installed grips with an inch off the handlebar 4. Lost a shock mounting screw (won’t even tell me about it). 5. Can go on and on with more examples.

I was not treated well. As a matter fact the total Opposite. People there don’t give a dam about you and seems like you’re doing them a favor. I will never put my foot on this store again. Plus I don’t recommend at all. Go a different place. They don’t deserve your business.

Flew to Honolulu, but due to unforseen circumstances could not bring my bike on the plane. I chose to have UPS deliver it to their location. I was not able to notify them until it was already on the way. They told me there would be a charge. I was not having them assemble it. Just holding it there for a few hours. I have shipped my bicycles all over the country in similar fashion albeit with notifying the bike store ahead of time. They charged me 30 to hold it at thier store for about two hours. Literally taking a box from the delivery driver and placing it in the store for a few hours. I'm a bike mechanic myself of many years. I recieved absolutely no aloha from this business. I could have been a potential customer. But charging 1/3 of a tune up fee for doing ZERO work is criminal. Needless to say I won't be back. Steer clear they have no moral compass to treat a fellow bike store employee or anyone else like that.
