We have been customers for 19 years because everyone at the Bird Shop are kind, caring and knowledgeable. When one of our birds was ill and we could not afford the care he needed, they stepped up to groom his abnormally fast growing beak for little to no cost. We are forever grateful to Ann and her staff for this. They make certain that the bird you get is best breed for you, and they must be good at it, because we have taken home at least 5 or 6 birds!

I love The Bird Shoppe! It's conveniently located and they always have fun toys and healthy food and treat options, not to mention the beautiful and friendly birds on the floor (even feisty little Reba). When I got my Pacific Parrotlet this summer, I went to the Shoppe asking for diet advice because I found so much conflicting information online. The woman I spoke with (I believe it was Jean) was so knowledgeable and eager to help. She gave me samples of 2 different types of pellets to introduce to her diet, a list of healthy foods and avian vets in the area, and helped me with some tips to get around the cage aggression my bird was experiencing. Six months later, I have a very happy and healthy bird (see the attached image), and much of that is due to this wonderful place!

Anne is such a good sweet person and knows how to treat her customers. When my mom’s parrot flew away, i called Anne because I didn’t know what to do. I was crying and when I called an assistant answered and I could hear I was on speaker phone. There was some kind of event going on and there was so many people trying to talk to Anne, I could hear it. But you know what Anne did? She heard me crying and I heard someone push a chair back and say “someone is crying, hand me that phone now.” She comforted me and my mom. Anne I’ll never forget that. I love you for it! You’re such a good person. She even saved my parrot once when it fell and broke a blood feather. And wouldn’t take any money for saving it.

Good store for your bird needs. They didn't have many on the floor though. They told me it was because of the season though. The lady behind the counter was friendly and gave me good information. I plan to come back more for my birds needs.

It was nice. Went to get my stepmother birds wings clipped. They have a lot of birds some other animals. They don't sell what they have, their pets. They have bird feed, viatems good information.

I’ve only been to the store twice, but I really like it. I purchased two cockatiels the first time and two finches the second time. Both times the attendants were very nice and engaging. I’m also not at all bothered by the fact that they seem to not have a huge selection of available birds at once because I really think what they do offer are very healthy and well cared for. Also, the prices of the birds are actually pretty good. Companion birds, especially quality ones, aren’t cheap, but I saw prices that we actually better than I’ve seen elsewhere. I hope to visit this store in the future! Also there’s a cool lady there with purple hair. She rocks!
