So far we are absolutely thrilled with the customer service and professionalism of everyone at the facility. Getting started a little late in the season and they were very accommodating including winterizing and storage

Been there 15 years now storing in dry-stack. Service department varies but is sufficient. Customer service is good. Access is excellent. Billing Department is excellent. Facility is excellent. The store is convenient and smartly stocked. All-in-all, probably the best place for your boat on the Chain as far as I can tell.
They had my boat for repair for 14 days. Twice they called for me to pick up my boat and twice they had not even looked at it. 3 times we were told they were going bring the boat in for service. They never did. Finally in frustration I borrowed a friend's boat and towed the boat home where a good repair service came my house and repaired it. This is the LAST place I would ever go to for service. Also NO ONE wears a mask, even in their convenience store. Stay away.
RIP Bald Knob, welcome aboard the Boat House! The place was Poppin with action, people, boats & life! Congrats to the new owners making a pretty noticable investment!
