Just wanted to leave a review for you guys on excellent service, knowledge, and awesome people! The second I walked in the door I was greeted genuinely by staff. I made my way to the boots and was approached by a senior staff member to ask if I needed help. I came in looking for python boots and left with a “Kentucky boot store exclusive” Eastern rattlesnake Anderson bean purchase. The staff members took the time to fit me and was patient with me while I contemplated. Cannot wait to make this store a tradition for my family. You guys are awesome and the epitome of Kentucky hospitality. Thanks again!

Y'all you have GOT to visit The Boot Store! The employees are very friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and they have more boots than I have ever seen! Their selection is enormous, and I can tell everything is of great quality. I also love their ladies clothes! Modern clothes with a little touch of western. My experience here was something I had to rave about and I will definitely return.

Purchased a hat here yesterday, was pleased with the whole experience. Staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and very helpful (but not pushy or overbearing at all!). I knew very little about hats and the guy that helped me really knew his stuff. Got home and looked up hat online, price at store was great and there is no substitute for looking at the product in person and trying it on before you purchase. Plus helping out and supporting local business.

Today we visited The Boot Store, Oh what a great experience, we walked in and were greeted immediately by Zoey she offered her assistance. She went above and beyond for us! She spoke with the mgr. Paul who was able to special order a beautiful pair of cowhide boots!! I would highly recommend The Boot Store!! Excellent customer service in every way we will always purchase from them.
