I had an excellent experience this year at 420 Multi Services. I felt extremely comfortable in the office because of all of the safety protocols they used. All the staff as well as the customers were wearing proper masks and sanitizers were present all through out the office. Social distancing was enforced while providing excellent services from very kind and knowledgeable staff. After recently switching from my old tax provider I will definitely be using Michael and his team in future as well as recommending them to friends and family.

This was my go to place for filing my taxes. However, I submitted all my paperwork to them in July and was told that my taxes were filed. It’s now August 31st and I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from this business since July. I have called numerous times, left multiple emails and I’ve even driven past. Their store front is always closed. I hope everyone is ok but it sucks that no one reached out to me before they took my documents and went MIA. To make matters even worse I checked the IRS website and my taxes weren’t even filled yet.
