I ordered Cassava leaves. Restaurant gave me a different kind of leaves and stated it was cassava. I am African and I know what cassava is. I called the restaurant the lady I spoke with told me to send a picture, which I did. Someone from the restaurant called me back and stated she seen the picture and that it’s cassava. I tried to explain to her that I am African and I know what cassava is and what I received is not it. In which she responded “ well that is cassava and that’s what you will get”. I informed her that I was not satisfied with the order so how can we proceed with coming up with a solution. She ended up responding “if you have an issue I will give you my boss number”. Before I could ask her what was her boss number, she hanged up on me. She is so lucky that I did not go to that restaurant and smack that attitude and unprofessionalism out of her face. Like since when was it okay to speak with customers like this? Totally will not be buying from here again.
