Reading all the reviews on here I seriously don't understand why people said they had a bad experience. Everyone was nice and professional and all my questions were answered. I think it depends entirely on what kind of person you are and how you treat others. You get what you put out! Treat others how you want to be treated!

This place was so quiet and clean! The doctor was so informative and the nurses were extremely nice as well! The anesthesiologists wasn’t there when I went but it wasn’t scary for me at all, I felt safe and comfortable! From step one they explained everything to me! During the procedure i was comfortable and I didn’t feel any pain after!!!! I would recommend this place to the fullest. He is a gynecologist as well so I would recommend u keep him as ur doctor as well!!!
The manager of this place told me that my healthfirst Insurance did not cover the medical abortion. This sounded very fishy to me, I know that my insurance covers the pill on top of health first I have Medicaid. When I approached her about it a second time she said they don't get paid for it and they don't accept it (insurance for the pill) she put her hands up and said that's the clinic policy. What!? No one should ever be obligated to do surgical I am 5 weeks pregnant I didn't want surgical) The lady told me it was 500 for the pill!! Is that how you make your money? That isn't right for women if you do not offer medical abortion do not advertise it on the site and if you do, but insurance isn't covered I would love to see in a star that states insurance doesn't cover it so that other patients are warned before coming here. Doing volunteer work in my career and that is the first I've ever heard that insurance does not cover the abortion pill.
Staff was very professional and personal. They were a shoulder to lean on when I was struggling. And did not force me. Allowed me to take my time amd make my own decision. Would defiantly recommend.
I came in and they made me feel so welcomed. It was great service. The people was so nice and comforting. I would highly recommend it !
