I went there a few days ago and was helped tremendously by a young lady that was there by herself. She couldn't answer my question, so she called her Dad. He told her over the phone, just what I needed. But the price was nice! So I said to her that I'll see if I could ask a relative to get it for me. Guess what? My stimulus check came. So I went back earlier today to get it. It didn't fit right, but her Dad was there this time, and took time to show me how to make it fit and I purchased it. For quality leather products you have to spend a little money. I'm impressed with their customer service and the quality of their products. To my surprise, I also found that her Dad and I had something in common. He was in the Academy 1 year before me!!!

I’ve been to many police uniform stores and this one by far the worst overall. Let’s start by saying customer service is horrible and unprofessional. Spanish lady is very rude & disorganized. The place is very small and the merchandise felt used, bought me a duty belt and the inside was all scratched/ pealed up smh !!!!

Brothers is expensive but better quality than most stores in the Bronx. You will find a good selection of items and the tailor is on site in case you need alterations. Paul's on East Tremont has horrible customer service, F&Js on 161 St got bought out by Meyers so their prices are high and the store on Kingsbridge should be avoided at all costs!
