For the second time I’ve use Happy Care service. Punctuality is definitely a problem. Had a 8:40 am pickup, call several time to check the status was told a few time 5 mins away . Transport showed up at 9:25 am for a 9:40 appointment.

Very bad service, they have been set up to pick up patients and then cancel without calling with the excuse that they were told to cancel, however that's no true and it seems it is a normal practice on their side.

The worse ambulate service I have ever seen in my career as a health care nurse. The supervisor is unprofessional and disrespectful. The drivers are no different than there management. I had issue with the drop off location the driver was taking my grandmother to as she had a procedure scheduled for today. So I told the driver to wait while I call the ambulate service management, and the facility that made the appointment to confirm the location and the date of the appointment. The supervisor told the driver to kick my grandmother, and end stage renal patient one month out of ICU, out of the vehicle in the pouring rain. This was all happening as I was communicating with the ambulate service and the facility that schedule the appointment.

Completely atrocious behavior. Dispatcher is rude and nasty. They lack compassion. This is part of a healthcare industry and employees should be trained as such. The way they speak to patients is completely unacceptable.
