Most disgusting place I've ever been .. Roaches everywhere, rude staff, unit was too small for my family of 4. I know it's a shelter, but who would wanna live like that

Of course you have a FEW helpful people but overall worse place to be!!! The staff is rude, nasty and the supervisors are even worse. The director is a little old miserable... woman to say it nicely (the real word starts with a B) Glad I am not there any more.

I currently live here there is no supervision, case management delays getting familys with disabilities out of here.... and someone got stabbed weeks ago in this place... NO GOOD

Most uninhabitable place to be with kids....roach infested and rats. How is the Dept of Health and DHS allowing this shelter to stay open to families in these conditions .... Shame on You!!

My company donated food for the residents during Christmas. The staff was incredible and very thankful. This is such a large facility we could not feed everyone. If anyone sees this please try and do what you can to help these residents.
