I don't usually get bad service but I did. Service is something that is important to some customers aside from price and quality of the food. Maybe they were having a bad day but when it's that bad then I guess the whole experience is ruined. One of the pillars of a great experience is completely down the whole review falls. Your local dive bar/watering hole that fails at being anything else. Maybe because I was not a local but their service left much to be desired. I can't say I'll come back despite the good prices.

I had such high hopes for this place when I saw the menu and prices. But wow the service was atrocious to say the least. We sat in the back area which was nice an quiet compared to the bar, it was a few of us. Somehow they forgot all of my order, I ended up without a meal, we were the only one ordering dinner at the time. I was interacting with the people i came and apparently i had to keep following up to make sure my dinner came? Well it never did and they will never see me again.

If you're in the Throggs neck section of the Bronx on Friday or Sunday night, ask for their new star Bartender Jeanette. And if you get there before 10pm make sure you get either the burgers or the wings!

Great atmosphere! Frank the owner such a great person makes you feel at home. The entire staff are wonderful and the food is an A!
