I usually do not give any bad reviews. It has either been the wrong order, missing items, and food taking forever to reach destination. I called to let them know each time but, today they just crossed the line.For it to be a constant thing is unacceptable. I placed a boneless chicken order. After almost a 2 hour wait, I received literally crumbs. I also found a piece of string in the rice. I called & they asked me “ what do you want us to do ? “ not only did they not know how to answer, they requested the food to be back in containers for when they drop of the other order, but already had our plate set before noticing the string. To finish it off I was told at the end of the call to be aware they are busy when something like this, hungry customers who already waited hours, should be a priority.

I gave this place a few chances..but no, if you have a choice, go with another spot. Food tastes like two day leftovers. Appetizers are like soggy microwaved food. Food delivery is kinda slow, portions look half eaten, something missing from order, 3 for 3.
My favorite location for tasty Dominican food. I love this place so much. Prices were fair for the quality of the food.

If I could leave less stars I would. WOULD NOT RECCOMED. food was terrible and tasted like plastic. I’m surprised because Mexican and that’s one thing Mexicans are good at. Would definitely recomed Taco Bell instead. Wait no. I would recommend drinking toilet water instead. No really the food was terrible. I went to the bathroom because the nasty food made me sick to my stomach and as I pop a squat because ain’t no way I was finna catch a disease siting on toilet seat, I saw a roach under my foot. I wanted to puke. So unprofessional. The customer service was the worse I’ve experienced. felt like I was being talked about by the waitresses. Felt like they didn’t want to serve me.
