I went in to test drive a car and the salesman did not want to let me test drive the car until we spoke umbers\. By this point we initially sat down, he asked my name, I guess he proceeded to google me because he asked if I was there from Brooklyn? I would have recommended linkedin instead if he was truly just getting some information to have a conversation but that was weird. They had the Terrain Denali in the show room so I checked it out, it was as beautiful as I saw online. After viewing it I wanted to test drive but he said we had to talk numbers first.... we go through some of the numbers and they don't all make sense. Finally I am like okay, lets test drive the car and it turns out they do not have in stock. They had regular SL terrains but not the model I wanted. He should have just said that from the beginning and let me decide if I want to continue to talk through the numbers... Not much of a follow up car or nothing after this visit. I ended up test driving the car at another GMC dealer, BEFORE talking through the numbers. Here is a picture of my new car, that I DID NOT GET FROM MILEA!

I bought a GMC Terrain from Miles on 12/31. My sales person was Akbar Burat and he was wonderful! He went over the car with me for about an hour and answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with him and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to go to this facility!

Gabe was genuinely pleasant and patient. He did everything to make me happy with getting a SUV for my budget. He's not pushy and he doesn't try to force you to purchase a vehicle.. Before I pulled off in my new 2021 GMC Terrain, he explained every feature to me as well. I would definitely recommend dealing with Gabe to purchase a vehicle.
