This place is scary. I feel badly for the residents and the staff alike. It is a sad, miserable place to be. The visitor bathroom toilet has been broken for 2 weeks. The first floor seems normal enough but once you step on the elevator the horror begins. The elevator smells like urine and unwashed bodies. Once you get to the floor of your loved one, the urine smell triples. The air is stagnant and it's hard to breathe. The rooms are small and they pack as many patients as they can into them. The environment doesn't feel healthy or rehabilitative. The place has the feel of a horror movie or a prison. I don't get the impression that people get better there. I can't comment on the staff; the ones I encountered were friendly and helpful. The residents aren't well so I can't comment on their state of mind. All I can say is that this place is obviously for-profit and not for care. Elderly people deserve better than this whether they're on Medicaid/Medicare or not. An investigation needs to be launched on how this facility is spending its money

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. it is a dump. I feel sorry for the people who can't speak for themselves. I'm trying to get my family member removed from this place as we speak. They feed their patients slop. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The elevators smell like urine ALL THE TIME.

THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. THE STAFF HAS A FEW FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO MAY CARE BUT THE REST ARE JUST IGNORANT TO THE PATIENTS. THEY ARE NEGLECTED AND NOT PROPERLY CARED FOR. MY GRANDFATHER WAS PUT HERE IN ERROR AND WE DECIDED TO LEAVE HIM HERE UNTIL WE COULD TRANSFER HIM OUT OF STATE THAT NEVER HAPPENED. HE WAS ADMITTED IN JULY AND PASSED AWAY IN NOVEMBER. IT WAS A BATTLE GETTING STAFF ON THE PHONE OR GETTING ANYTHING DONE. HIS TV WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME, HE WAS NOT BEING WATCHED , HE HAD FALLEN OFF HIS BED TWICE SINCE REMOVING HIS BED-RAILS. WE DESPERATELY TRIED TO HAVE HIM MOVED BUT IT TOOK SO LONG TO RETRIEVE HIS DOCUMENTS, FINALLY WE HAD A SPOT FOR HIM AND HE NEVER MADE IT. SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PUT YOU FAMILY HERE

My father in law was the nursing home , he used oxygen but nurse no take care properly . When I went to see him , I saw oxygen line is not connected . If I not go that day he can be died . After next week , I saw the toilet is too dirty and told one of the nurse name \cojo \ he told me ok I will clean . After one day latter again saw same thing . Again I told same nurse he was too bad attitude with me . I complained supervisor, she visited the room and I saw the guy was bad behavior with me , in front of supervisor he again loud speaking and too much bad behavior. Supervisor told me come Monday complain our director.
