update 8/1/19 UPS is stupid and still manages to drop my packages here even after I told them not to. BUT my experience has improved with pick up at this location and so has their customer service. i have updated my rating to reflect that. tell UPS you dont want your packages delivered to this access point. the man here is beyond rude. either ups lied about delivering my package or the store owners attempted to steal it. I wouldn't do business with them.
